Privacy Policy

What we store

Sign-in: the account identifier, display name, avatar URL and email address returned by Discord or Google. We never see your password for those services.

Practice data: the replay sessions you create, the cursor position, and every simulated order you place, so you can resume a session on any machine.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) kept for security and debugging.

Cookies

Two cookies are used: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a language cookie remembering English or Chinese. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Where data lives

Account and practice data are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. The site itself runs on a server in Japan. Sign-in is handled by Discord or Google, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Practice data stays until you delete it or ask us to. Server logs are rotated and discarded.

Your choices

You can request a copy or the deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@tickgym.com. We answer within seven days.
